Hold any source with a zero in Product truth or Rights. A high total does not override those blockers.

Sources can include a product guide, approved photo set, demonstration, customer interview with permission, campaign brief, or existing asset with enough performance and relevance to justify reuse. Step 2: create the approved-source brief

If the source changes, increase the version and mark its derivatives for review. Do not silently edit an old caption while leaving a video, email, and listing module tied to the previous claim.

Step 3: build a claim ledger

Separate product truth from creative phrasing. This gives AI tools room to vary the delivery without varying the evidence.

Generated copy can reference Claim IDs, not a loose folder of old captions. Any new benefit proposed by a draft goes back to the claim owner. It does not become true because it sounds plausible or appears repeatedly.

Step 4: lock the visual invariants

Product-image and video generation need a concrete “must not change” list. Write observable requirements:

  • silhouette, dimensions, proportions, and material;
  • exact product and packaging colors;
  • logo spelling, placement, and orientation;
  • buttons, ports, labels, closures, and included parts;
  • quantity and bundle composition;
  • texture, pattern, stones, stitching, or surface finish;
  • any regulated label or safety mark;
  • details allowed to be hidden by the crop;

This card prevents a common failure: giving one prompt the vague instruction to “make versions for every platform.” The channel determines the delivery, but the approved source determines what the asset may claim.

Step 6: generate by format, not by channel

Batch similar work to keep review consistent:

  1. Approve source crops and product masks.
  2. Produce static images and inspect product fidelity.
  3. Adapt accepted visuals into carousels and email modules.
  4. Create motion concepts from approved frames.
  5. Generate or edit video variations.
  6. Write captions and on-screen text against the final media.
  7. Package destination-ready exports.

Do not generate all images, videos, and copy in one unreviewed chain. A changed logo in an early product image can propagate into every later format. Add a checkpoint before any output becomes an input to another step.

Step 7: use two review passes

Pass A: evidence and product integrity
