Get help with GenflowAI Studio, MCP connections in ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and other compatible clients, or a generation run.

Email us at [email protected]. Include your account email, the AI client you used, what you expected, and the exact error or run ID when available.
MCP and plugin help
Start with the GenflowAI MCP setup guide. If reconnecting does not help, send us the client name and the error shown after OAuth approval.
Generation and uploads
For image, video, audio, or workflow issues, include the run ID, selected model, requested duration or resolution, and the source file format. Do not email confidential source media unless our support team asks for it.
Account and billing
We can help with sign-in, OAuth connections, usage records, credits, and failed generations. Include the transaction or run ID, but never send your password, API key, OAuth token, or payment card details.
